As the name suggests, these classes work towards improving movement fundamentals of strength, balance, mobility, joint integrity and to rebuild the body’s elasticity and dynamic attributes. Our Longevity classes tend to be a whole lot of fun mixed in with some hard work.

Yoga Beginners Course
No experience? No problem! Our friendly, welcoming instructors are always happy to help complete beginners get into the wonderful world of yoga through our six-part online beginners course. This course is also ideal for those new to Iyengar Yoga.
Build endurance, boost energy levels, improve focus, and reduce stress using a mix of Yoga Pranayama, qi gong, athletic freediving training, aspects of the Wim Hof Method, and numerous other breath work practices.
